Grief's Solace" In unwished moments, grief descends Like rain, it surrounds him, a relentless friend He tries to shut his eyes, to escape the pain But memories linger, an aching refrain Perhaps, he cries out loud, in desperation's grip A lonely cry, echoing through the night's dark rip He yearns for guidance, a gentle hand to lead But finds himself alone, with heart and soul to read They ask him, "Grief's son, why wander and roam?" "Do you have a mother?" They query, a heartless tone "Why walk in darkness?" They ask, without a care "Why tears of loneliness?"
